The Group was established in 1978 by Late Sri. Madhav Raghunath Yawalkar and Late Smt. Prabhavati Madhav Yawalkar.
With a dependable and committed employees and a strong customer support, the Group has emerged as a steady performer, undeterred even during cyclical fluctuations and unsteadiness of the market. The group is diversified and multi product supplier to the customers spanning from Engineering Services, Agribusiness, Milk & Milk Products and land development .

Late Shri. Madhav R Yawalkar
Our most respected Late Sri Madhav R (Wani) Yawalkar laid the foundation stone of Yawalkar
Industries which has now burgeoned into the Yawalkar Group. What started as a trickle – is
now developing into a potent economic force – a force to reckon with.
The roots of Yawalkar Industries are steel strong. The sure-footed way in which the group is
embarking upon a journey is comprehended as one of the finest examples of how a group can
grow with values,determination, technological excellence and care for its customers – thanks
to the strong foundation laid by our founder.
We dedicate ourselves to the ideas and values cherished and nurtured by Sri Madhav R Yawalkar and commit ourselves to the organisation's building task started by him.

- Completed BE(Electronics Engineering) From Bharati Vidhyapith College Of Engineering & MBA From IMDR Pune.
- 25 years work experience in the field of Tool Design, Manufacturing and business administration.
Amod J Yawalkar
- Completed BE(Mechanical Engineering) From Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune & Pune University topper in 2004 .
- MBA From SPJain Institute Of Management & Reasearch , Mumbai
- 10 years work experience in Tata Motors Ltd.
